Biography
Jesse is the co-founder of Jesse James Films, an intellectual property driven production company. He was the former head of development under Marlon Wayans and Rick Alvarez's term deal at Universal Television, garnered a Daytime Emmy Award in 2017 and has been featured in Forbes as a Producer to Watch. He focuses on diversity driven stories that share both new stylistic approaches while still being commercially viable to a wide audience. His films have been acquired, developed and produced by companies such as Netflix, Disney, Amazon, Hulu and Peacock. Jesse began his career in Paradigm Talent Agency's mailroom and earned a degree in business marketing from Manhattan College.
